Stay in one bedroom of this beautiful two bed, two bath home right next to Encanto Park. It has a large back yard with a grill and a hot tub. It is full of character and charm that you will not want to miss. This property is in easy walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. There is great food and fun at neighborhood diners. A quick Uber ride, or good walk if you are ambitious, will take you to Chase field, Talking Stick Arena, and the Phoenix Convention Center.

This historic community is family -oriented and known for beautiful homes and gardens. It is only about 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor and within 5-10 minutes to several major hospitals.

The House:
This is my personal home that I share with my young child and we love the company that hosting a guest provides. This backyard is fully gated with a new grassy area, outdoor dining area, gorgeous landscaping, and a hot tub! There is a casita on this large lot with a large shared backyard. Ring doorbell and security is also set up on the property.

Your Bedroom:
The guest bedroom comes with a twin bed. One set of linens will be available for all the beds. There is also a small closet available.

Your Bathroom:

Your bathroom comes with a single sink, toilet, and shower. Towels and washcloths will be provided. Please bring your own toiletries for duration of your stay. Note: This is a historic home. NO tampons in the sewer. If a resident puts anything down the sewer that causes it to back it up, they will be responsible for the cost of a plumber.

Living Room:
The living room is beautifully furnished and includes a smart TV. There is no cable, but the smart TV is equipped with all streaming apps--you will need your own log in for the apps. Cox cable will provide high speed internet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking necessities including a Keurig for coffee. You will need to supply your own coffee/K-cups. There is dinnerware for 3+ provided as well. You will also find a full sized fridge and Viking oven and stovetop.

Laundry:
There is laundry just off the kitchen and has a large size front load washer and dryer. Please bring your own supplies for using the washer and dryer.

Den/Office:
There is an office/den area that has a large desk and looks out over the beautiful backyard.
