Garfield Historic District is quickly becoming one of the most sought after historic neighborhoods in the Valley due to its proximity to downtown Phoenix. It is full of character and charm that you will not want to miss. This property is in easy walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. There is great food and fun at neighborhood diners like Welcome Diner, Gallo Blanco, and Rito's. A quick Uber ride, or good walk if you are ambitious, will take you to Chase field, Talking Stick Arena, and the Phoenix Convention Center.

Some would say that the Garfield District is a little gritty, but it is a safe neighborhood full of working-class families and home to an eclectic/diverse group of people. It is only about 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor and within 5-10 minutes to several major hospitals.

This property is fully gated and this location is the Casita. The main home on the property is also rented to other traveling professionals. The buildings are separate and the house has a smart lock that will be programmed with your own special code during your stay. Ring doorbell and security is also set up on the property.

Living Room/Bedroom:
The living room will come furnished and a smart TV will be provided. There is no cable but the smart TV is equipped with all streaming apps. Cox cable will provide high speed internet. You will need you own log in for the apps. There is a full size bed set up and one extra set of linens available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking necessities including a Keurig for coffee. You will need to supply your own coffee/K-cups. There is dinnerware for 2 provided as well. You will also find a 1/2 sized fridge, toaster oven, and stove top.

Bathroom:
The bathroom comes with a single sink, toilet, and shower. Towels and wash cloths will be provided. Please bring your own toiletries for duration of your stay. Note: This is a historic home. NO tampons in the sewer. If a resident puts anything down the sewer that causes it to back it up, they will be responsible for the cost of a plumber.

Laundry:
The casita has its own laundry and is a front load combination washer/dryer by GE.

The casita is detached and private. The house will be rented as well. Between the two properties, there is a shared common space with patio furniture and a fire pit. Please keep noise to a minimum.
